TASK: to build a vessel at least 25 cm in height.
Make the vessel visually interesting, different, creative! Add, join, cut into clay, discretely use underglaze to pop sections.

SEMESTER TWO - COURSE A - CERAMIC SCULPTURE
Students were asked to create a clay sculpture, using the coiling construction technique, that was at least 25cm in height, and consider the surface of the object. After the clay had dried, and before it was fired, the students applied underglaze to add areas of colour to enhance the overall look of their sculptures.
