COURSE B - MAJOR WORK - THE SPIT

 THE TASK

A resolved artwork using materials/forms of student own choice (eg. paint, pencils, sculpture, film, photoshop) based on a selected focus observed on the excursion to the The Spit area. 

The artwork should present a synthesized viewpoint on a particular aspect of the region that was observed on the day or was researched on return to the Art Department.

SEMESTER TWO - COURSE A

CERAMICS

TASK: to build a vessel at least 25 cm in height. 

Make the vessel visually interesting, different,  creative! Add, join, cut into clay, discretely use underglaze to pop sections.
